Help for current subscribers.
Wondering where your issue is? There are four reasons why you may not have received your current issue of Carriage Driving World.
- Due to changes in the postal system in the U.S., your issue of Carriage Driving World may take as long as 10 weeks to get to your mailbox. While delivery times of this length are unusual, they do happen and are, unfortunately, out of our control. If your subscription delivery is erratic or consistently late, contact your local post office and ask them to put a publication watch on your issue of Carriage Driving World to find where the problem occurs.
- If you move, the Post Office will not forward bulk mail magazines. To ensure continued delivery, prior to your move you must notify us of your change of address so we can do our best to ensure you receive your issue of Carriage Driving World Magazine at your new address.
- If you go on vacation, the Post Office may elect not to hold bulk mail magazines, and your issue of Carriage Driving World will be returned to us. Address this issue with your Post Office prior to your departure.
- You may not be receiving Carriage Driving World because your subscription has expired. If you are unsure of the expiration date of your current subscription, please contact us. When e-mailing, please include your full name, address and a telephone number where you can be reached if we have questions. The expiration date of your subscription is included on your mailing label as shown by the month and last two digits of the year (e.g., Dec-04).

Have a question about your subscription?
Our fulfillment house in Texas (817-220-4-CDW (817-220-4239), or e-mail subscribe@carriagedrivingworld.com) keeps all our subscription records - they can tell you when a new subscription will begin, whether or not a payment has been received, etc. When e-mailing, please include your full name, address and a telephone number where you can be reached if we have questions.
Need to change your address?
Fill out our online change-of-address form. If your browser doesn't support forms, you can email your old and new addresses to subscribe@carriagedrivingworld.com. Address changes take effect with the next issue mailing.
Looking for a previous issue?
Back issues are available in limited numbers for $10.00 per single copy, and $8.00 for each additional copy mailed at the same time; shipping and handling included. To order, send your payment (check or money order) and the dates of the issues you need. Please note: Some issues are no longer available for purchase.
Delivery problems?
All of our subscribers' issues are mailed from San Diego, California on the same day, but delivery times vary with local post offices. If you have missed issues because of a delivery problem, call our office (817-220-4239) and we'll send you new copies.
